5th Time the Charm?

Okay! Round 5 of Brain Food. Congratulations to Yoz on providing the correct answer to the previous question. A link to past questions can be found on the sidebar to the right.

#5 – July 18th, 2008

This is for our neighbours down south in light of the elections in November.

Based on the laws of the U.S. Constitution, there are five requirements a person must meet in order to become President of the United States:
The candidate:

  1. Must be at least 35 years old
  2. Must be a citizen of the United States
  3. Must have resided in the United States for at least 14 years
  4. Must have been born in the United States

There is one more requirement. What is it?

If you decide to Google this, may bad karma strike you down.
